What I love about being a Private Chef

Making the transition from restaurant chef to private chef has brought me a new level of love for my craft. As a private chef I have direct contact with the people I cook for which gives me the chance to hone in on my clients taste and nutrtional needs. With this understanding, I am able to create superb meals that my clients love. I also get the chance to help people improve their health by eating in a highly nutritious way.  In the restaurant industry, making a profit is the top priority and sometimes top shelf ingredients are cost prohibitive. As a private chef, I focus on the best ingredients and use them to their full potential. My priority has gone from making money to creating the highest quality meals in terms of taste and nutrition.

Cooking at your house or mine?
 

As your chef I can come to your home to cook and serve you hot meals or I can bring food that is ready to eat. What my clients often opt for is to have me come and cook a special meal on a weekly basis as well as bring foods for the next few days. Either way, I am happy to be flexible and cater to your individual needs. My goal is to make your life more convenient while simultaneoulsy improving the quality of your diet, your experience with food, and ultimately the condition of your health.

Nutrition meets the Culinary Arts

My experience with food is a beautiful combination between nutritition and art. I love both aspects of cooking and as a private chef I have the opportunity to express them both. My education and experience has been a deep dive into the most current understanding of nutritional science and the culinary arts. I have found that these two aspects compliment each other so much more than I could have imagined.  Food which is in season and at its peak not only taste and looks better but it is nutritionally superior.  Healthy food does not need to be boring. On the contrary it should taste and feel incredible.
